The study aimed to investigate the impact of job burnout on employees’ commitment in the tourism enterprises. This study aims to understand the burnout phenomenon and identify sources of burnout among employees in tourism enterprises. To achieve the purpose of this paper a questionnaire is designed using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) to determine burnout feelings of employees and The Organizational Commitment Scale (OCS), developed by Allen and Meyer. A number of 481 questionnaires were distributed randomly to a sample of tourism enterprises staff, while received 428 forms valid for analysis. To achieve the purpose of this paper a questionnaire is developed by Xu and Gursoy’s (2015a). 563 questionnaire forms were distributed to a random sample technique of customers in Five-star hotels in Cairo, while508 questionnaires were recollected with an approximate response rate of 91.2% of the total sample and were found usable for analysis. The correlation between all dimensions of sustainable hospitality supply chains (social - economic - environmental) and customer satisfaction were strongly and positively. In addition, optional tours are now one of the main products in Egypt. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the of optional tours services presented by travel agencies and their effect on tourist's satisfaction in Marsa Alam city. To achieve the aims of the study, quantitative approach based on a questionnaire was developed and directed to a sample of Egyptian and foreign tourists. The questionnaire was handled to 550 Egyptians tourists and 140 foreign tourists. Out of this number, 452 forms were available for analysis representing 82.1% response rate for Egyptian tourists and 97 forms were available for analysis representing 69.3% response rate for foreign tourists. The results indicated that Egyptians tourists felt safe during implementing their optional tours, whereas, the foreign tourists are satisfied with modern technology which travel agencies used in showing and selling optional tours. Minia UniversityJournal Article20210114Organizational justice represents people’s perceptions about the extent of fair treatment within organizations. It consists of four dimensions; distributive, procedural, informational and interpersonal justice. This study attempts to illustrate the impact of significant differences between demographic Characteristics on employees’ perceptions about organizational justice in the Egyptian travel agents. This study applied descriptive methodology which used a cross-sectional design. Questionnaire was designed on a five-point Likert scale and the agreement level ranges from strongly agree to strongly disagree. It was implemented to gather the primary data from the sample of the study from 1st August till 20th September 2020. The study included 329 travel agents who participated with 400 employees, after revising questionnaires, only 358 questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis.
